We are the only state-licensed recovery home for men in Forsyth County.

Over the past two fiscal years, 76.9% (50 of 65) of our residents remained substance-free while in the Home, and 67.7% (44 of 65) were employed and able to attain independent living arrangements upon leaving the Home.  Nearly all of these men arrived at the Home homeless and unemployed, and most had a dual diagnosis.

As for those men who resided in the Home for more than three months, 78.9% (30 of 38) remained substance-free while in the Home and 86.8% (33 of 38) were employed and able to attain independent living arrangements upon leaving the Home.

In recent years, 83% of those who resided in the Home more than three months were employed and living independently a year later.

Recent studies show there is an 80-90% relapse rate for men treated for opioid disorders without a relapse prevention program and continuing care.

Our alumni success stories show several clients now own their own business, and many go on to purchase their first home. We also have many former residents who “give back” by becoming peer counselors, licensed substance abuse counselors, and leaders in the recovery community.
